For this banner exchange program, the principle is as follows:    

You register for Free.

In this forum, you create a new topic    

You enter the Banner Image  you want to display.

Banner 468px X 70px. (No bigger no smaller, no exceptions)

You enter the URL of the site to which the banner should point.
